Designing Nautilus 55-3
The Nautilus 55′ is an innovative concept in luxury waterfront living. Having spent almost two years researching, designing and redefining the Nautilus 55, the creation of a unique Luxury Water SuiteTM provides 5 star resort type accommodation without the premiums attached to landed-waterfront properties.
The Nautilus 55′ is designed and built as an extremely stable and easily maneuvered craft, given its unique built in propulsion system. The Water Suite is ideally suited for discerning customers who desire maximum space and flexibility of use without the need for distant voyages.
Our first Luxury Water SuitesTM version, the ‘Nautilus 55’ is designed to be berthed in a marina environment and other premier waterfront locations such as canals and residential waterways.

Overwater Villas Built by Venturer Pte Ltd: Olhevelli Resort, Maldives
With an emphasis on innovative design inspired by the 1925-1940s ‘Moderne’ Art Deco Style, streamlined on the outside and space-efficient inside, Nautilus 55′offers the ultimate in waterfront living, with the conveniences of modern technology.
The PWS is built on a 25 tonne custom designed commercial marine, steel flotation system, whose origins lie in the military. The ‘Deckhouse’ is a solid timber and steel structure designed to resist cyclone wind speeds.
Space, Utility & Luxury
The Nautilus 55’ provides owners with 2,000 sq ft of luxury-living and unique entertainment space(the

Master Bathroom
Master Suite alone has nearly 700 sq ft!) fitted out to 5- Star Resort Standards. It is 2 storeys, each with private balcony, and has a spacious top-deck with 5 person Jacuzzi. The utility and scope of Nautilus 55’ is diverse, including and not limited to; luxury overnight accommodation, private events and can be converted into a Day-SPA with exclusive treatments. In collaboration with interested developers, the PWS concept can be adapted to create a Luxury Floating SPA Recluse, Floating Retreat, Luxury Cruisers and Floating Gourmet Restaurants. We have the capability to custom design so the possibilities are diverse and wide.
Classed & Built to International Standards
In common with a land based structure, the foundation of the Water Suite is of immense importance. The flotation chamber comprises a compartmentalized steel hull that has its roots in a military background exposed to exhaustive durability and stability testing; the platform is certified to commercial ship classification standards and is built to last. The PWS can be

maneuvered with a simple power unit to provide flexibility among more traditional boats in a marina environment or in specialised locations. We have not just met, but exceeded all our early expectations and objectives of designing and creating a substantial and very safe steel marine platform supporting a sophisticated, super-luxurious three deck resort suite.
Design & Environmental Stewardship
We have engaged award-winning Naval and Hospitality Architects, notably Dan Bube, (responsible for the design of Shangri La’s CHI SPA); along with some of the finest Technicians and Designers to help develop this unique product offering. From the outset, the PWS has been designed to ensure a low carbon footprint and minimal environmental impact. The Nautilus 55’ in particular, was built using sustainable resources (all timber comes from certified plantations) and aesthetically designed to be in tune with the scape of a marina environment. The PWS has been constructed to require minimal servicing and maintenance, with high thermal insulation and fantastic acoustic values.
We are flexible in terms of design and build, and can work together with interested parties to create a customised version of the Water Suite to meet specific requirements.
We are able to collaborate with a rage of top-hotels and resorts located near the seafront, looking to enhance existing properties rather than costly new-builds, creating a custom-designed Water Suite version complete with 5-Star luxury resort like interiors.
