How stable is the Water Suite?
The Water Suite is 60% more stable than a conventional Yacht; since it does not have a conventional open hull. It has a very stable, steel enclosed modular shell with an extremely sturdy steel and timber composite superstructure. The flotation system itself is designed and certified to ABS standards by SingClass.
How did the Water Suite flotation system evolve?
Nautique has spent almost two years R&D the flotation system engaging a host of Naval Architects. Our Personalised Water Suites™ are built on a 20 tonne custom designed commercial marine steel, enclosed modular flotation system, whose origins lie in the military.
How can I relocate the Water Suite to different locations?
The Water Suite is designed as a self-propelled craft; self-maneuverability is dependent on conducive conditions. Alternatively, the Water Suite can be towed from one location to another and is certified to be towed in Sea state 1. The Water Suite’s modular nature enables ease both- full buildup and shipping or modular onsite construction.
How does the Water Suite self-propel?
The Water Suite is designed as a powered craft with a sophisticated Electric Hydraulic Propulsion System, designed and customised in collaboration with a reputable Norwegian propulsion engineer. A ‘state of the art’ remotely controlled hydraulic thrust propulsion unit provides mooring mobility. The maneuvering speed is up to 4 knots – in conducive conditions. This unique feature, gives Owners the flexibility to maneuver the PWS on demand; whether in a local Marina Environment, Inland Waterways, between Atolls or during a relaxing Sunset Cruise to nearby Islands. The capacity of the Water Suite’s Propulsion system can vary depending on specific requirements, location and usage.
Where can I moor the Water Suite?
The Water Suite is registered as a Pleasure Craft enabling mooring at a host of locations such as Marinas, Bay Areas, Canals, Residential Waterways and exotic waterfront locations. In addition to our location partners, Nautique will support Owners with mooring and berthing arrangements in their preferred location.

We have a number of different financial schemes available; these will vary and are subject to due diligence of the individual/developer seeking to purchase.

The Water Suite will be insured under China Insurance.
How much will it cost me to maintain & upkeep the Water Suite each month?
The average associated routine maintenance costs SGD$1,000-1,500 each month. Utility costs will vary depending on usage: from $400-1,000. The cost to berth the Water Suite will vary depending on location; this is usually between SGD$900-1,500 each month. Service Crew is provided during your first year of Ownership.
Who is responsible for the design of the PWS?
Modern and practical design by accomplished Hospitality and Naval Architects and design teams enhancing the overall value and aesthetics.
Who is responsible for the build of the PWS?
Venturer Pte Ltd. is Nautique’s main builder with a 15 year presence in the region ensures an established supply-chain network alongside its strong track record providing Nautique with great knowledge and experience in the design and build of luxury resorts among other high-end residential and commercial projects.
Who is responsible for managing and maintaining the PWS?
Ownership offers a range of benefits in addition to use of your luxurious Water Suite. During your stay and when you are away, your Water Suite will be managed and maintained with integrity by Nautique’s Management Group. Our team of specialists will ensure your Water Suite is maintained during its lifespan.
