Venturer is based in Singapore, serving our customers requirements since 1995. Our story begins in the forest, and our influence, resources, services and businesses extend from the forest and miles; to Designers and Developers right through to product manufacture and supply, including site supervision and installation. We operate in S.E Asia, the Maldives, India, UAE and Europe and are currently expanding steadily into new locations.
FOUNDER |
Venturer was established by an Englishman, Kevin Hill after a decade in the construction business primarily in engineering, procurement and project management. Mr. Hill is a Chartered builder and member of the Faculty of Building in the U.K Mr. Hill has resided in Singapore for the past 13 years where he cultivated his passion for timber; the Hill family has three generations of professionals and craftsmen in the construction industry.

Venturer is headquartered in Singapore where it is ideally located between sources of materials and their numerous clients. Venturer is supported by qualified professionals in Quantity Surveying, Finance, and Management. We are equipped in Singapore with our own functional timber fabrication and joinery workshop together with trusted craftsmen
THE NAME |
Our Name “Venturer” is derived from the noun Adventurer, “a person who enjoys taking risks” and A Merchant Venturer “a merchant who undertakes a trading venture (especially a venture that sends goods overseas) “
THE LOGO |
Our Logo the “Viking” Ship may have little to do with our origins, rather the vessel itself, which employed many technological advances for their age. The ships’ streamlined hulls and shallow keels represent the sleek vessels that rode high in the water and skimmed the surface; a unique side rudder that allowed them to be lifted out of the water quickly, so the ships could maneuver right up to shore.
Their superior ship design and physical prowess enabled the Vikings to sail many thousands of miles from their homes in Scandinavia and establish settlements in many areas, from what is now Russia to the Mediterranean, Britain, France and North America — 500 years before Columbus.
Similar to the characteristics of the Viking Ship, we at Venturer consider ourselves as a company who is not afraid to question the norm and apply innovative solutions to an otherwise static industry.
