As a socially responsible designer and builder, Nautique has an innate culture along with a sincere environmental policy to minimize impact on the local and global environment.
We practice sound stewardship in every aspect of our business, because sustainability is of paramount importance to us.
Our long-term vision applies to all our Nautique associates and specialist partners working in the design, development, manufacture and sales of luxury water suites and related products and service. This vision is communicated to all associates, specialist alliance partners and interested parties.
The PWS has been constructed to require minimal servicing and maintenance, with high thermal insulation and fantastic acoustic values.
Nautique adopts innovative and sustainable systems for managing waste with an on board waste management system and holding tank; this eradicates pollution as a consequence of waste discharge.
Our Long-standing Partnership with ‘Double Helix Tracking Technologies’
As part of our efforts to ensure sustainability, in association with Double Helix Tracking Technologies, we use only timber components that are sourced from certified plantations. We go to great lengths to identify products that have high energy efficiency and insulation properties incorporated in our interior fit out. LED lighting is featured throughout the Suite.
Our flexible build process allows individuals and developers alike, to participate in a high level of customisation, creating a PWS that serves the owners’ design specifications and unique requirements. ‘Environmental enthusiasts’ may wish to convert the 516 sq ft top-deck into a gardenscape whilst utilizing renewable energy resources onboard such as solar power.
Our ongoing collaboration with ‘Planetary Coral Reef Foundation’
Our environmental values extend beyond the Suite itself. Inspired by the environmental efforts made by the Planetary Coral Reef Foundation (http://www.pcrf.org/) we believe this particular organization complements our efforts to protect endangered reefs by way of a floating platform structure. We collaborate with this organization to help raise awareness of the environment whilst enabling PCRF to publish a book on protecting endangered reefs though a stream of donations.
