Kevin heads Venturer Group of Companies that specialises in complete timber solutions from sourcing, procurement, design and development to fabrication, installation and project management for residential, commercial, infrastructure, and world class resort projects.
Kevin is a Chartered Builder and a member of the Faculty of Building in the United Kingdom with over a decade of experience in the building industry and hails from a family of three generations of craftsmen and builders. His passion for both the nautical lifestyle and high quality design has led to the creation of Nautique and Personalised Water Suites™.
Kevin plays an important helicopter role with his ability to contribute in every aspect of the project from design, construction, marketing financing and strategic direction to execution. His dynamism and passion drives Nautique to excel in its endeavours to become the leading provider of Personalised Water Suites™.

Ben brings to the Nautique team his vast experience in constructing world class projects with keen attention to details from sourcing to process to final deliver of Personalised Water Suites™ that is of internationally recognised standard in quality, safety and luxury.
As Project Director of Nautique, Ben is the driver of the project team who oversees the construction of Nautique’s Personalised Water Suites™. He will be providing project management and engineering expertise to the construction of Nautilus.
Ben is the Managing Director of Capstone Project Consultants and has many years of experience in project management and construction management. Ben has more than 15 years experience in construction and has undertaken large scale projects of up to US$200 million in residential, hotel and commercial projects.
With his hands-on experience with cost control, architectural and engineering expertise to deliver an expansive set of services has equipped him in enhancing performance, improving predictability and minimising risks throughout the project.

Chamal is a Swiss qualified hotelier (The Swiss Hotel Management School) and comes from a hotel management background with a passion for delivering service excellence.
Trained by the world famous Sheraton Group, Chamal has been responsible for properties in Australia (Pelican Beach Resort Coffs Harbour), to Disney World Florida (Lakeside Sheraton) and was a member of the development and pre-opening management team for the Marina Hotel in Kuwait owned by the Kuwait royal family.
Chamal draws from his hospitality background and diverse relationship networks to source and bring together business opportunities and business development opportunities. The understanding of diverse cultural implications in doing business together with an international network enables him to guide Nautique through its business expansion plans and business portfolio developments.

Dan Bube is a celebrated and internationally accolade architect who runs the helm in Design Bube.
Design Bube is a highly creative design studio, specialising in custom solutions in architecture, interior design, furniture design and landscaping with focus on the integration of the design disciplines above.
Dan has drawn inspiration from the ‘Art Deco’ and ‘Moderne’ style and era of the 1930s to create Nautique’s Personalised Water Suites™ elegant, luxurious and functional design.
In Nautilus, Dan has incorporated cost effective and energy efficient solutions for building, place and space design. The unique and custom design of Nautilus forms centre around a clear narrative and work to integrate architecture, interior, landscaping and furnishing into a dramatic and concise concept.
